    Description

    Good Knowledge of Mobility, Broadband Connectivity and Enterprise customer connectivity.

    Lead day-to-day network operation issues/discussions with the customer/ Region team on network operation and KPI improvement.

    Coordinate with internal/external areas for Performance Transition.

    Good knowledge on Routing & Switching with Juniper M, MX, PTX series Routers mandatory and Cisco ASR series, Nexus;

    Strong working level knowledge of IP Networking. SD-WAN, Routing protocols (OSPF, ISIS, BGP), signalling protocols (RSVP, LDP), QoS, IP VPN, VLAN, VLL/VPLS, BRAS, NAT,DPI etc.

    Good understanding of Firewall & Load balancers technology; (Candidate with Checkpoint or Fortinet would be preferred).

    CCNA Mandatory, CCNP Preferred. Good understanding of routing & switching;

    Network Engineering expertise at a Multi-vendor support experience.

    Network management and analysis by Follow agreed escalation timeframes/ Review and awareness of Risk Register and Known Issues.

    Supports his/her team members in their tasks regarding performance practices, process and tools.

    Self-motivated, Goal Oriented, Proactive and able to execute multi-task independently in a team environment, Ability to deliver excellent results under pressure Excellent communication and presentation skills

    Coordinate with members, vendors, local utilities, contractors, and other engineering staff on planned and emergency outages, and to resolve resulting problems

    Coordinating Incident Bridge calls for quick and prompt resolutions.

    Monitor the incidents to ensure that the Service Level Agreement are respected.

    Accountability and responsibility in handling incident Faults (critical and non-critical).

    Comfortable working with third-party providers, field engineers, NOC engineers to resolve the issues.

    Actively performing health checks and routine checks to various devices in the network.
