**Position Overview:**
As the Lead Frontend Engineer, you will play a pivotal role in leading the frontend development team and driving the technical direction of our web applications. You will leverage your extensive experience in JavaScript and to architect scalable and maintainable frontend solutions. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of leading frontend projects, mentoring junior developers, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver exceptional products.
**Responsibilities:**
Lead and mentor a team of frontend engineers, providing technical guidance, code reviews, and mentorship to ensure high-quality deliverables.
Collaborate with product managers, designers, and backend engineers to define technical requirements, architect solutions, and prioritize development tasks.
Architect and develop scalable, modular, and reusable frontend components and libraries using JavaScript (ES6+) and
Drive frontend best practices, coding standards, and development methodologies to ensure code quality, maintainability, and performance.
Design and implement responsive and user-friendly interfaces that enhance the overall user experience across multiple devices and browsers.
Stay abreast of emerging frontend technologies, trends, and industry best practices, and advocate for their adoption when appropriate.
Lead by example through hands-on development, taking ownership of critical features and driving them to completion.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve technical challenges, address performance bottlenecks, and optimize application performance.
Participate in sprint planning, backlog grooming, and other Agile ceremonies to ensure successful project delivery.
**Requirements:**
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
8-10 years of professional experience in frontend development, with a strong focus on JavaScript and
Minimum 2 years of experience in a lead or managerial role, overseeing frontend development projects and leading a team of developers.
Proficiency in modern JavaScript (ES6+), HTML5, and CSS3, with a deep understanding of frontend architecture and design patterns.
Strong expertise in and its ecosystem, including state management (e.g., Redux), routing (e.g., React Router), and server-side rendering (e.g., ).
Experience with frontend build tools and package managers such as Webpack, Babel, and npm/yarn.
Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail, with a passion for delivering high-quality user experiences.
Strong communication and leadership skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
Experience working in an Agile development environment, with proficiency in Agile methodologies and practices.
