    Description

    Job Description :

    - Experience in managing Corporate channels/Applications (min 5 years)

    - Demonstrated strong analytical/problem solving skills and ability to follow procedures and resolve exceptions.

    - Good understanding of data bases (Oracle/SQL/DB2/MySQL)

    - Knowledge of programming languages and Architectures (JAVA/J2ee, Microsoft platform - ASP/.NET/.Net Core, Micro services architecture etc)

    - Good understanding of Mobile and Web application architecture is must.

    - Good understanding of Middleware tools & integration support exposure

    - Familiarity with database tools such as Toad or SQL Developer Integration Architecture, and best practices.

    - Demonstrated experience writing Web Services, RESTFUL, or SOAP, as well as experience writing fault-tolerant code.

    - Excellent written/verbal communication and interpersonal skills with strong sense of customer service.

    - Ability to manage multiple tasks within tight deadlines and prioritize effectively, while delivering high quality work.

    - Capability to handle and resolve any kind of issue in given application

    Maintaining TAT for L2-L3 level issues

    Applicant must have good knowledge of Corporate banking product knowledge with hands-on experience in past

    24-7 availability of person being corporate banking application support role

    Should be able to handle audit/compliance of core application and should be able to deal with external/internal auditors

    - Incident management and problem resolution

    Knowledge of incident/problem management

    Communicate with all stakeholders on problem statement, possible solutions, intermediate issues and overall status of work assigned

    Performance and capacity monitoring for local applications, provide proper remediation plan to address performance and capacity issues

    - Good communication skill

    Strong Organization Skills

    Should have good knowledge about EOD-BOD activity and able to guide team in resolving EOD related issues/performance

    Strong presentation skill

    - Experience in Application management - BCP - DR, VAPT patching, Back-up

    Risk management, downtime management, maintaining system up-time as per SLA/OLA agreement.

    15 + years' experience in application production support team for all Banking applications,

    5 years' experience in team management.
