1. FinancialRecordkeeping: Maintain accurate and uptodate financial recordsincluding accounts payable and receivable general ledger entriesbank reconciliations and payrollrecords.
2. Financial Reporting: Prepare timelyand accurate financial statements including profit and lossstatements balance sheets cash flow statements and other financialreports as required. Ensure compliance with relevant accountingstandards and regulations.
3. Budgeting andForecasting: Assist in the preparation of budgets and financialforecasts. Monitor budgetary performance and provide analysis ofvariances between actual and budgeted figures. Make recommendationsto improve financial performance.
4. FinancialAnalysis: Analyse financial data and provide insights to supportstrategic decisionmaking. Identify trends risks and opportunitiesfor cost optimization and revenue enhancement. Develop financialmodels and forecasts to support businessplanning.
5. Internal Controls: Implement andmaintain effective internal controls to safeguard company assetsand ensure accuracy and reliability of financial information.Identify areas of improvement and make recommendations to enhancecontrol procedures.
6. Audit Support: Coordinateand provide support during internal and external audits. Prepareaudit schedules reconcile discrepancies and address audit findingsin a timely manner.
7. Financial Systems andTools: Utilize accounting software and other financial toolseffectively to streamline processes improve efficiency and ensuredata accuracy. Provide training and support to team members onfinancial systems.
8. Compliance and Regulations:Stay updated with accounting principles regulations and industrybest practices. Ensure compliance with relevant financial reportingstandards including Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP)or International Financial Reporting Standards(IFRS).
9. Team Collaboration: Collaborate withcrossfunctional teams including finance operations and seniormanagement to provide financial insights support decisionmaking anddrive business growth.

Education/Experience

• Bachelors degree inAccounting Finance or a related field. Professional certificationssuch as Certified Public Accountant (CPA) or Chartered Accountant(CA) are preferred.
• Proven experience inaccounting or finance roles with a focus on financial reportinganalysis and budgeting.
• Strong knowledge ofaccounting principles regulations and financialstandards.
• Proficiency in using SAP to managefinancial data and generate reports.
• Excellentanalytical skills with the ability to interpret complex financialinformation and provide strategicinsights.
• Attention to detail and high level ofaccuracy in financial recordkeeping andreporting.
• Strong organizational and timemanagement skills to meet deadlines and manage multiple taskseffectively.
• Excellent communication andinterpersonal skills to collaborate with stakeholders at alllevels.
• Integrity and ethical conduct whenhandling sensitive financialinformation.
• Ability to adapt to change workindependently and handle pressure in a fastpacedenvironment.
