    Dynamics of the RoleThe Global Collaboration is a hands-on Technical Lead that will manage the engineering team focused on the collaborative suite of services that include Email, SharePoint, One Drive, Teams and DLP services Globally.

    This individual will lead the Engineering Collaboration Services Portfolio working very closely with both the Architecture and operational Teams.

    The individual will be responsible for all engineering services and delivery across the domain that will include enablement, strategy, and design.

    How You Will Contribute

    • Establishing and cultivating business relationships and a professional network, including with senior executives
    • Provide end-user support for tickets related to M365 and on-premise services as required
    • Ability to occasionally work or assign work during nights/weekends during critical incidents per on-call rotation or major project implementations
    • 10+ years leadership and direct supervisory experience of teams including conducting performance appraisals, mentoring and coaching, oversight and review of work, coordination across teams, and understanding how to motivate.
    • Strong ability to foster collaborative work in dynamic team environment
    • Strong management skills to select, develop, mentor, and motivate team members
    • Experience in risk management, issue identification, and resolution/problem-solvingAbility to translate and communicate risk and challenges to client personal, including executives
