In coordination with the PM/CMroutinely interfaces with senior client management regardingprogram planning and execution. Frequently interfaces andcoordinates with Project Manager Engineering Procurement andConstruction Management in developing schedules budgets andmonitoring performance. Create and implement projectcontrols plan to support contract requirements and the successfulexecution of projectcontrols. Conducts interactive planning(IAP) meetings and program/project status briefings for internaland externalrepresentatives/stakeholders. Develop and maintain resourceloaded P6 project schedule. Develop & implementintermediate milestones for critical packages to manage timelydelivery. Monitor analyze and report onprogress cost and schedule variances andforecasts. Flags significant projectedoverruns or underruns. Analyze cost and scheduleimpact based on RFIs/ChangeOrders. Analyze and evaluate projectstatus and recommend correctiveactions. Familiar with hightech or otherfastbased building construction. Knowledge of Indian statutoryrequirements & documentation for all projectstages. Comply with company policiesand procedures on theproject. Effectively communicate andworking closely with the project team client subconsultants andmain contractors.Heres What YouNeed B.Tech. in Mechanical/ ChemicalEngineering with 12 to 16 years of experience in design engineeringconsulting organization. At least 7 years of experience on mediumto large EPCm/PMC industrial Projects as PCM or Project Controlsrole.
Competent to use Project Toolssuch as Primavera(P6) & Microsoft Project along with the normalrequirements for Office intermediate to advanced excel knowledge.
Experience on EcoSys will be an addedadvantage.
