1. To follow all the safety and compliancepolicies/procedures/systems of the company (C.A.R.ECommit
Access Recognize Encourage) program.

• To commit comply support the Simplot Sustainability Strategy andwork towards achieving the

sustainability targets of thecompany.
3. To follow all personnel and process safetyguidelines while attending all kind of jobs in theshift.
4. To be responsible to execute predictivepreventive and breakdown maintenance jobs as per instructionsof
shift team leader.
5. To get the workpermit authorization by the shift team leader before starting anymaintenance job.
6. To execute and complete preventivemaintenance schedules on time for smooth functioning (electricalside)
of process and utility equipment.
7.Responsible to troubleshoot electrical malfunctions and breakdownsas well as performing repairs of
process &utility equipment.
8. To attend and resolve the assignedmaintenance job within the standard time limit set by the companyi.e.
TFFR Time For First Response and MTTRMean Time ToRepair.
9. Responsible for optimizing electricalefficiency by adjusting machinery and equipment setting.

• To control downtime by informing production team of routinepreventive maintenance techniques and

monitorcompliances.
11. To remove defective parts bydismantling machines using hoists cranes power & handtools.
12. To document electrical service records ofmotors transformers switch gears etc
13. To check thecalibration of electrical and electronic instruments i.e. SCADA PLCHMI etc and recalibrate

14. To check& record set parameters for proper functioning of overallelectrical system of the plant i.e. 66KV
switch yard to11KV internal distribution substations metering room transformerspanels circuit breakers
switch gears motors earthpitsetc. in the shift.
15. To fill and submit the shift logsheet to the shift team leader with details of maintenance jobshandled
during the shift spare parts used time spent oneach maintenance activity reason for stoppages etc.
16.To brief the highlights related to electrical maintenance in theshift to the shift team leader.
17. To complete orhandover the maintenance jobs carried out in the shift. Shouldleave the duty only after the
handover of workresponsibilities is done to the next shift.
18. Toattend and contribute to the shift handovertakeover meetingsbetween the team leaders along with the
maintenance crewat the end of the shift.
19. To actively participate indifferent programs trainings & initiatives taken by companyfrom time to time.
20. Follows proper food safetysanitation and cleaning procedures of all processing equipment andtools.

1. Must have hands onexperience in electrical & instrumentationmaintenance.
2. Must have hands on experience oftroubleshooting of technical problems related to processand
packaging machines.
3. Must have soundknowledge of spares panels electrical wiring consumables &tools.
4. Must be able to do various mathematicalcalculations to make proper adjustments and calibrationsas
required.
5. Must be able to completeassigned jobs independently by using technical knowhow.

• Must be able to read and understand documentation such astechnical manuals blueprints electrical

drawingsequipment manuals & safety data sheets.
7. Musthave good hand eye coordination and ability to identify &distinguish colours i.e. colour codes etc
8.

Workexposures may include but not limited to:
extreme weather dustheights noise chemical and
electricalhazards.
9. Ability & willingness to work inrefrigerated & frozenenvironments.
