- Manage end-to-end payroll processes, ensuring accuracy and compliance with legal requirements.
- Handle TDS calculations, deductions, and timely filings in accordance with Indian tax laws.
- Proficiently manage GST calculations, filing returns, and ensuring compliance with GST regulations.
- Administer PF contributions, maintain records, and ensure compliance with PF regulations.
- Ensure accurate calculation and payment of PT as per state regulations.
- Manage ESIC compliance and related processes for employees.
- Utilize Tally software for efficient accounts management, financial reporting, and other accounting tasks.
- Ensure compliance with statutory regulations and labor laws in all financial and accounting activities.
- Collaborate with internal teams to provide financial insights, support decision-making processes, and contribute to overall business growth.
- Bachelor's degree in any relevant field.
- Proven work experience in similar job role.
- Comprehensive knowledge and hands-on experience with Payroll, TDS, GST, PF, PT, ESIC, Tally software, accounts management, statutory compliance, and labor law regulations in India.
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Up-to-date knowledge of changes in financial regulations and labor laws.
- 3+ years of experience in a similar role.
