    Understand/Create solution documentsDevelop product knowledge in Salesforce Marketing Cloud Engagement, Salesforce Data CloudProvide technical consultation on various aspects of solutions and best practices.

    Implement complex development and configuration activities for clientsDrive thorough quality assurance testsDevelop as built documentation throughout the project to provide seamless handoverDrive discovery and design workshops and document requirements, deliverables, assumptions and exclusions.

    Should drive activities such as discovery and technical deep-dive sessions, Proof-Of-Concept (POC) development with prospectsLiaise with Salesforce Marketing Cloud product teams to support client implementationsRequirements7+ years of overall experience with 5+ years in Salesforce Marketing technologiesExcellent consulting skills to engage clients in a to deliver trusted advice on their implementationsExperience designing & implementing solutions with Salesforce Marketing Cloud - email studio, ad studio, journey builder, automation builder, amp script, subscriber management, cross channel journeys, IP warming, Einstein etc.

    Experience implementing solutions with Salesforce Data Cloud - Data Model, Data Transformation, Identity Resolution, Segmentation, Activation, Data Kit, Data Action, Flows, Standard Connectors etc.

    Experience working with and developing complex and optimized SOQL queriesExperience of SOAP, REST, Salesforce Marketing Cloud and Data Cloud APIsExperience with systems integrations such as CRM, Content Management.

    Familiarity with SDLC methodologies including requirements, design, implementation, testing and maintenanceExperience with Product lifecycle management frameworks like Jira and Version Control tools.

    Preferred SkillsExperience working with Salesforce Marketing Cloud Personalization and Intelligence.

    Familiarity with other client side web development design languages, scripting tools, and protocols such as HTTP, CSS, JQuery, HTML, XML, AMPScript, JSON and JavaScript etc.

    Experience working with visualization software applications such as MS Visio/Lucid ChartsDesirable:
    Salesforce Marketing Cloud certifications - Admin, Developer, Consultant, Email SpecialistDesirable: Salesforce Data Cloud Consultant
