- End to end management & ownership of the procurement function across geographies.
- Process implementation from Quality & Audit perspective
- Negotiations for Enterprise level deals of Saas Products, subscriptions, licenses; SLAs - defining & monitoring
- Automation of the vendor management process - India & USA
- Continuous identification & development of alternative vendors, new vendors for new needs
- In depth knowledge of the enterprise level contracts & its terms, especially in the IT / ITES / Service Industry, SaaS Models of pricing, experience in dealing with US & India based vendors
- Ability to offer solution to the business, ability to keep striving to keep ahead of existing vendors, evaluating risk and planning for alternatives
- At least 6 - 8 years in the procurement function of service industries - IT / ITES - large scale and at least 2 - 3 years as Assistant Manager or Manager
- Graduation with specialization in Procurement function.
