    Business Development Manager - Institutional/Educational sales (Colleges/Universities)

    ExcelR is one of Indias leading training service providers of various technical and management courses. As part of our expansion, we are looking for Business Development Manager/Head to gain a strong foothold in the institutional space like colleges/universities. Should drive a large team of on-field sales teams and should be accountable for the entire vertical business

    Responsibilities:

    . Driving field sales teams to liaise with HODs/Deans/Principals/placement officers of colleges and universities to establish relationships and tie-ups

    . Establishing a good relationship with various colleges/universities heads for future business generation

    . Managing teams to drive to achieve targets from colleges/universities

    . Conducting seminars with colleges/institutional heads

    . Conducting workshops with students and faculty of various colleges

    . Accountable for end-to-end revenue generation and profit and loss of the business vertical

    Requirements:

    . At least 1 Year of Business development experience in college/universities space

    . Impeccable presentation & communication skills

    . Strong Leadership skills

    . Experience in managing large teams and driving them toward productivity

    . Approachable and vibrant personality.

    . Ability to approach any situation with patience and very strong empathy.

    . Passion to deliver the highest levels of customer service at all times.
