CUSTOMER RELATIONSHIP EXECUTIVE
Requirements:
Knowledge of Excel
Min experience - 2 years
Preferably from the jewelry industry
Job Description:
Building relationship with the clients
Handling and responding to client queries at all times
Managing email communications & any other form of written communication
Communicating the client needs to back end departments
Following up for client work with internal departments of the company
Data driven approach: take out reports to monitor customer service and act on it accordingly
Communicating with clients for 3rd party qc/dispatch
Understand client design requirements and send the required data
Order checking and making sure that everything is according to client instructions
Following up for payments
Package offered: 3.5 to 4.5 LPA
Work Location - Andheri East (Mumbai).
