Job Accountabilities:

• Ensure onsite steady state work activities are performed in accordance with the health, safety and environmental policy
• Co-ordinate and participate in periodic plant and equipment history reviews in order to maximise plant availability.
• Execute Mechanical Integrity tasks with quality.
• Ensure compliance to procedures and best practices.
• Prepare Mechanical Integrity audit related documents.
• Conduct regular Troubleshooting and analysis when appointed as a member of RCA team
• Collate discipline data for performance monitoring and reporting.
• Participate in Reliability & Integrity studies as identified.
• Ensure improvement in availability of equipment.
• Timely adherence to audit schedules.
• Managing inspection data in systems such as Meridium, SAP, BIF etc.
• Participating in development of inspection and test plans for plant equipment.
• Will be responsible for day to day monitoring of Contractor's performance in terms of progress and Manpower & Equipment's deployment status.
• To ensure that all Construction activities are being carried out safely in accordance with Company's HSE Policy.
• Review Drawings and specifications to determine the quantity and type of insulation required.

Skills Required (Knowledge and Skills)

• Design of equipment footing foundations and piling
• Prepare & review civil Drawings & specifications
• Review customer supplied drawings and reports to determine limits of structural and civil capacity
• Review of design basis, applicable codes, quality assurance plan, ITP (Inspection and Testing
• Procedure) for piling, concrete structures, finishing works like masonry, plastering, floorings, false ceiling & false flooring as per MIQA requirements.
• Study and execution for steel structures, painting including its quality assurance plan

Qualification:

Bachelor Degree in Civil Engineering

Experience:
At least 3 years of working experience in the manufacturing, inspection and maintenance of refining and petrochemical business.
