Our prestigious client a nearly 100 yearold US MNC a world leader in manufacturing of heavy constructionand mining machineries is hiring in their Costing function at staffaccountnant and decision supportlevel.

Idealcandidates will have experience in manufacturing domain in costingsystems product costing NPI DCF Normals & machine rate andanalysis standard costingetc.

EXP:

Requires a certified accountant (CA/CMA) with collegedegree in accounting and 35 years of experience in accountingpreferably in a manufacturing environment.

Part Qualified with 7 years of experience postgraduate or anMBA.
Fromthe outset incumbent will be expected to be a contributingperformer doing staff level accounting work that supports businessprocesses


Additionally this position will:
Gain an understanding of Caterpillar s business and accountingpractices systems and procedures.

Learn anddevelop skills which result from the practical application of basicaccounting knowledge and Aid a project team or others in the workgroup.

Possibleareas of responsibility are variedincluding:
Cost system maintenance New product Introduction (NPI)comprehensive support which includes determining discounted cashflow (DCF) and Internal rate of return of differentprojects Normals & machine ratedevelopment Abnormals identification& reporting Prime product and/orcomponent cost monitoring & analysis Operations and/or product group budgetingand expense analysis Capital expenditureforecasting and reporting Standard andcurrent cost grief resolution Supportmanagement with analysis for decision making in various projectsand cost reduction programs

Preferred Additionalskills: Good accountingbackground thorough knowledge of accounting flow and relatedmethods of recording in the General Ledger and knowledge in SAPenvironment (FI MM & COModule)Effective communications skills and agood understanding of computer systems especially in MSOffice andFinancial Analytics Tool (Power BI Tableau Power ).
