    Job Title: Power BI Developer Job Description:

    We are seeking a highly skilled Power BI Developer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Power BI development, SQL, dimension and fact tables, and data warehouse concepts along with the creation of Paginated reports. In this role, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing data-driven business intelligence solutions using Power BI and other related tools. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, analyze data, and develop reports, dashboards, and visualizations that provide actionable insights to drive business decisions.

    Key Responsibilities:

    1. Develop and maintain Power BI reports, dashboards, and data models to visualize and analyze complex data sets.

    2. Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and understand business requirements, and translate them into data-driven solutions.

    3. Design and implement data warehouse structures, including dimension and fact tables, to support Power BI reporting and analytics.

    4. Develop and optimize SQL queries and data transformations to ensure efficient data retrieval and processing.

    5. Validate data quality and accuracy, and identify and resolve data discrepancies.

    6. Create and maintain documentation for data models, reports, and dashboards to ensure knowledge transfer and system maintainability.

    7. Continuously research and stay up-to-date on industry trends, best practices, and new features in Power BI and related tools.

    8. Provide training and support to end-users on the use of Power BI reports and dashboards.

    9. Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to Power BI reports, dashboards, and data models. 10. Collaborate with IT and other departments to ensure data security, compliance, and data governance.

    Qualifications:

    1. Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Business Intelligence, or a related field.

    2. Minimum of 3 years of experience in Power BI development, with a strong understanding of Power BI features and capabilities.

    3. Strong SQL skills, with experience in writing and optimizing complex queries and data transformations.

    4. Proficient in data warehouse concepts, including dimension and fact tables, and experience in designing and implementing data warehouse structures.

    5. Experience in working with various data sources, such as databases, APIs, and cloud-based data storage.

    6. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify trends, patterns, and insights in complex data sets.

    7. Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.

    8. Strong attention to detail and a commitment to producing high-quality, accurate, and reliable data-driven solutions.

    9. Familiarity with data visualization best practices and the ability to create visually appealing and user-friendly reports and dashboards.

    10. Experience with Power Query, Power Pivot, SSAS, and other data manipulation and analysis tools is a plus.
