    Description

    We are looking for a Product Associate, who will be responsible for designing, coordinating and working on various products, SaaS applications, and solutions.

    Job requirements

    • Support product demo and product sale events and requirements

    • Exceptional ability to identify improved product features and contribute to marketing strategies
    • Attention to detail and commitment to accuracy for the desired deliverable
    • Should demonstrate and develop a sense of ownership towards the assigned task
    • Ability to take up quick objectives and execute within a short period
    • Ability to keep sensitive business information confidential

    Background of the candidate

    • 3 - 6 years of relevant work experience in product design, development and research
    • Coordinating and collaborating with cross-discipline teams
    • Ensure all parties are on track with product requirements, goals, and deadlines
    • Proven ability to solve problems creatively and to have excellent analytical skills
    • Experience in managing User Research, User Flows, wireframes, usability testing, and user testing
    • Meeting with product team members to identify and raise issues
    • Familiarity with product management software tools, documentation methodologies, and best practices
    • Determining improvements to product features
    • Assist in preparing status reports by gathering, analyzing, and summarizing relevant information
    • Understanding of software development, preferably cloud and SaaS applications
    • Experience in multiple technologies and product management and UI/UX tools such as Jira, Figma, , etc.
    • Training internal departments, conducting demos on new product features, and providing support to clients
    • An MBA or master's degree in a related field
