    Job Overview

    We are seeking an experienced Assistant Sales Manager- Video surveillance to join our team at Nexilis Electronics India Pvt Ltd. As an Assistant Sales Manager, you will play a key role in managing and growing our sales activities in the Bengaluru region. This position requires a candidate with 4 to 6 years of mid-level sales experience in the electronic security and surveillance industry.

    Qualifications and Skills

    • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field
    • 4 to 6 years of experience in sales, preferably in the electronic security and surveillance industry
    • Proven track record of achieving sales targets
    • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
    • Strong leadership abilities and the ability to work well in a team
    • Self-motivated and target-oriented
    • Knowledge of the electronic security and surveillance market
    • Proficient in Microsoft Office

    Roles and Responsibilities:

    • Middle management role, handling recruiting BDM/Sr. BDM
    • Responsible for setting achieving financial goals(PL responsibility) for his region/dept. by catering to Enterprise, Private commercial marketselective dealers
    • Handle current accounts and develop new accounts to meet sales target
    • Should be able to manage presale and post sales for tenders in government and non government organization.(exposure to banking, hospitality, real estate,PSU)
    • Appoint Distributor / Dealer in region / territory wise. Making accurate, rapid cost calculations and providing customers with quotations
    • Working Knowledge about CCTV+ Networking (IP) is mandatory.Should be upto date on Techonologies like ANPR/Facial recognition/Thermal Camera/AI
    • Team management and should be able to cut thru the organization internally and externally, with perseverance ,positive attitude and patience
    • Should be competent to make proof of concept, design the bill of quantity design estimate
    • Mandatory to have Techno Commercial sales experience and able to transfer contacts and relations from present organization to new organization so as to generate business
