- Experience working to and exceeding targets.
- Graduate or Post Graduate with specialisation in business, marketing, or related field.
- Good communication and negotiation skills in English.
- In-depth knowledge of the industry and its current events.
- The ability to handle pressure and meet deadlines.
- Prior experience in Manufacturing of Castings Market knowledge.
- Knowledge of Quality Management Systems with requirements of AS, ISO 2015, and IATF 16949 for Automobiles.
- Knowledge of Hindi will be an added advantage.
