MUST-HAVES:

• 7+ years of experience in Agile Project Management.
• Strong leadership and communication skills: Should effectively communicate with the team members and the stakeholders.
• Knowledge of Agile program management: Should comprehensively understand Agile program management and its associated responsibilities.
• PMP or Agile certification.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Act as a director, managing multiple Agile teams and integrating their work with activities outside their scope.
• Assume the role of leader and manager in charge of massive, enterprise-level, complex projects.
• Work with key stakeholders and present weekly metrics from JIRA (or similar) boards. Should be able to come up with additional metrics needed to be derived from JIRA.
• Define the schedule and scope while balancing this with timely and regular value deliveries, and organizing and leading working and project status meetings.
• Support the product owner in managing communications with stakeholders, managing customer's expectations for deliverables, and implementing an effective project governance system.
• Create standardized process & theme, compliance, governance framework, start adoption, if possible, a standard set of tools & management dashboards.
• Coach teams on Agile and act as an interim scrum master for some projects.
