    **Restaurant Manager (Full-Time) at Mon Petit Frère**

    We are evolving into a bar-restaurant with a strong coffee program and a reputation for high-quality food and drinks. Our ideal candidate will oversee daily operations, lead our team, and ensure an exceptional guest experience.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Oversight of daily restaurant and bar operations to ensure smooth service.
    • Leadership and training of FOH staff, including waiters, bartenders, barbacks, and bussers, while coordinating with the kitchen.
    • Implementation of Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for service, order taking, and bar operations.
    • Monitoring of cost control, inventory, and supplier management for food and beverages.
    • Engagement with customers to maintain a warm and welcoming atmosphere.
    • Collaboration with the bar team to ensure quality drinks and creative cocktail programs.
    • Responsibility for staff scheduling, hiring, and performance reviews.
    • Maintenance of hygiene, safety, and compliance standards.
    • Preparation and presentation of daily/weekly reports on sales, costs, and service performance.
    • Planning and execution of special events and promotions.

    Requirements:

    • At least 3 years of experience in a restaurant or bar management role.
    • Strong leadership and team management skills.
    • Ability to handle both food and beverage operations.
    • Solid understanding of cost control, budgeting, and inventory management.
    • Passion for creating an exceptional guest experience.
    • Problem-solving skills with a hands-on approach to management.
    • Knowledge of bar operations, cocktails, and wine is a plus.
