    The key objective of this role is to conceptualize, design, and execute multi-channel marketing campaigns that align with our fashion clients business objectives and target audience needs.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Campaign Development: Develop and implement strategic marketing plans for multiple channels including paid social media, search engine marketing, email marketing, display advertising, influencer partnerships, etc.
    • Budget Management: Optimize campaign budgets to ensure maximum ROI and efficiency.
    • Performance Analysis: Analyze campaign performance using data and analytics tools such as Google Analytics, Facebook Ads Manager, etc.
    • Optimization: Identify areas for improvement and implement data-driven optimizations to enhance campaign performance and conversion rates.
    • Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure campaign assets are aligned with brand guidelines and performance goals.
    • Stakeholder Management: Communicate campaign results, insights, and recommendations to internal stakeholders and external clients.
    • Industry Research: Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends, best practices, and platform updates to continuously improve campaign performance and innovation.

    Requirements:

    • Experience: 3+ years of experience in performance marketing, preferably in the fashion or luxury industry.
    • Education: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
    • Skills:- Proficiency in paid social media advertising (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, etc.)- Experience with search engine marketing (Google Ads, Bing Ads, etc.)- Knowledge of email marketing automation platforms (e.g., Marketo, Pardot, etc.)- Familiarity with data and analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Excel, etc.)- Strong understanding of marketing metrics and KPIs (e.g., CPA, CPC, ROI, etc.)
    • Soft Skills:- Excellent communication and project management skills- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills- Collaborative mindset and ability to work with cross-functional teams
    • Nice to Have:- Certifications: Google Ads, Facebook Blueprint, or other relevant marketing certifications- Experience with marketing automation platforms, CRM systems, or other marketing technologies
