- A Bachelors Degree in Accounting, Business, Human Resources or Engineering
- 3-9 years experience implementing D365 HR (the most current versions)
- Experience working with core HR modules/processes such as Talent attraction, Recruitment Management, Employee self-service, Leave Accruals and approval, Performance Management, Training and development, Skill Management, Organisation Structure, Payroll and compensation.
- Experience with integration tools and 3rd party add on modules
- Knowledge of the product customisation process
- Has completed a minimum of one Full Life Cycle implementation
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
- Excellent communication, problem-solving and analytical skills
