Email Messaging Analyst - 4 to 8 yrs-Pune ( 1PM to 10PM/5PM to 2 AM
Rotating shift (US/UK hours)

About the team

The collaboration team is responsible for enabling FIS employees' success through the use of Microsoft 365 apps. Supporting and delivering services like SharePoint, OneDrive, Teams, Power Apps/Automate, Power BI, and many more, the team helps drive productivity and improve communication across FIS

What you will be doing

• Defines business requirements for the organization's email and messaging solutions involving working with end-users to develop specifications.
• Performs installation, configuration, administration, maintenance and support of email and messaging products, such as Microsoft Exchange and BlackBerry Server.
• Evaluates and recommends associated hardware and software solutions based on the business requirements and user needs.
• Ensures optimum access to 24x7 email and messaging environment and integration among email and messaging systems.
• Provides technical leadership in the design, development and promotion of selected email and messaging strategies.
• Works closely with tier one support staff to solve system problems.
• Provides technical support on email/messaging-related issues.
• Prepares documentation that will assist in administration and maintenance of the email and messaging environment.

​What you bring:

• Knowledge and skill in MS Windows operating system in clustered server environments
• Knowledge and skill in SMTP mail routing, IIS, DNS, Sendmail, Linux and Active Directory
• Knowledge of basic networking methodologies and techniques
• Skill and experience in managing MS Exchange in a clustered environment, MS SharePoint Portal environments and Lotus Domino environments
• Skill and experience in designing and deploying MS Exchange environments for a large corporation
• Skill and experience converting a large corporation from one messaging system to another, upgrading to a major version, e.g., Exchange 5.5 to Exchange 2000 and migrating to new operating platforms, e.g., NT4 to Windows 2000 Server
• Skill in messaging automation and scripting
• Skill and experience in a corporation with international users
• Relevant Microsoft certification
• Nice to have Proofpoint, powerapps, Intunes.
