- ETL Development: Design and develop ETL processes using SAP BODS to extract, transform, and load data from various sources into the target systems.
- Data Integration: Integrate data from different source systems (SAP and nonSAP) ensuring data consistency, accuracy, and completeness.
- Data Quality Management: Implement data quality checks and transformations to ensure the accuracy and integrity of the data.
- Performance Tuning: Optimize ETL processes for performance and troubleshoot any performancerelated issues.
- Documentation: Maintain detailed documentation of ETL processes, data mappings, and workflows.
- Collaboration: Work closely with data architects, business analysts, and other stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
- Support: Provide production support and resolve issues related to ETL jobs and data integration.
- Testing: Conduct unit testing and support user acceptance testing (UAT) to ensure the solutions meet the business requirements.
- Training: Provide training and support to endusers and other team members on SAP BODS functionalities.
- Proficiency in SAP BODS (BusinessObjects Data Services) and its components.
- Strong understanding of ETL processes, data integration, and data warehousing concepts.
- Experience with SAP HANA, SAP BW, and other SAP modules.
- Knowledge of database technologies such as Oracle, SQL Server, and PL/SQL.
- Familiarity with data quality tools and methodologies.
- Analytical Skills : Excellent problemsolving and analytical skills with the ability to troubleshoot complex ETL issues.
- Communication : Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to interact with technical and nontechnical stakeholders.
- Certifications: SAP BODS certification is a plus.
- Experience with big data technologies and cloud platforms.
- Knowledge of other ETL tools and data integration solutions.
- Understanding of data governance and data management best practices.
