- Drive end-to-end account management of the assigned universities from client onboarding, training, and building a strong retention strategy.
- Conduct regular meetings (physical and virtual) with the clients.
- Serve as SPOC from India and own the enrollment target assigned for each university partner.
- Handle escalations and resolve them within a reasonable time.
- Create SOPs to minimize operational issues or future grievances.
- Build supply intelligence and manage effective shortlisting of partner universities.
- Manage Uniconnect, University Webinars, and similar events to boost client engagement.
- Work closely with the accounts to claim and collect commissions.
- A Bachelor's degree from a well-reputed institution is a minimum (experience in international education and a master's degree is preferred).
- At least two years of relevant experience in business development involving international clients preferably from the UK.
- Proficient in advanced Excel and skilled in data analysis.
- A solution-oriented mindset and a high level of ownership.
- Strong English language proficiency in both written and oral communication.
- Ability to effectively articulate and coordinate between cross-functional teams.
