    KeyResponsibilities:

    Strategic RecruitmentPlanning:
    Collaborate with department heads and senior managementto understand staffing needs and create comprehensive recruitmentplans

    2 TeamLeadership:
    Manage and lead a team of recruiters providingmentorship coaching and guidance to optimize their performance andgrowth

    3 CandidateSourcing:
    Develop and maintain a robust pipeline of toptiercandidates through various channels including online job boardssocial media networking and industryevents

    4 Interviewand Selection:
    Oversee the interview process ensuring a consistentand positive candidate experience. Collaborate with hiring managersto select the bestfitcandidates.5.


    Employer Branding:
    Develop and implement employer brandingstrategies to enhance Your Companys reputation as an employer ofchoice

    6 Diversityand Inclusion:
    Promote diversity and inclusion in recruitmentefforts striving for a diverse and equitableworkforce

    7 DataAnalysis:
    Utilize recruitment analytics to track key performanceindicators KPIs and make datadriven decisions to improverecruitmentprocesses

    8Compliance:
    Ensure compliance with all applicable laws andregulations related to recruitment and hiringpractices

    9 VendorManagement:
    Manage relationships with external recruitment agenciesand vendors ifnecessary

    10Continuous Improvement:
    Stay updated on industry trends and bestpractices in talent acquisition continuously improving recruitmentprocesses andstrategies

    Qualifications:
    Bachelors degree in Human Resources Business or a related fieldMasters degree preferred. Proven experiencein talent acquisition or recruitment with at least X years in aleadership role. Deep knowledge ofrecruitment strategies tools and bestpractices. Excellent interpersonal andcommunication skills. Strong leadership andteam management abilities. Datadrivenmindset with experience in using recruitmentanalytics. Knowledge of HR laws andregulations. Demonstrated commitment todiversity and inclusion in hiringpractices.
