    Responsibilities:

    • Market Analysis: Conduct thorough market research and analysis to identify potential customers within the education sector (colleges, schools) and small to medium businesses for the NewJaisa refurbished electronics.
    • Business Growth Strategy: Develop and implement effective sales strategies and business plans to penetrate the target market and achieve sales goals.
    • Client Acquisition and

    Relationship Building:
    Proactively identify and approach key decision-makers in educational institutions and businesses to present our refurbished electronics. Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions.

    • Sales Pipeline Management: Manage the entire sales process from lead generation to closing deals.
    • Maintain a healthy sales pipeline and consistently meet or exceed sales targets.
    • Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing team to create targeted marketing campaigns and promotional activities that resonate with the target audience and drive sales.
    • Product Knowledge and Training: Stay updated with product knowledge, industry trends, and competitor activities. Provide necessary product training to clients and internal teams as required.
    • Reporting and Analysis: Prepare regular sales reports, forecasts, and analysis of sales performance.
    • Utilize datadriven insights to optimize strategies and improve sales effectiveness.

    Requirements:

    • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field. MBA preferred.
    • Proven track record in B2B sales and business development, preferably in the electronics or technology industry.
    • Strong understanding of the education sector and small to medium business operations.
    • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
    • Ability to work independently, selfmotivated, and resultoriented.
    • Proficient in CRM software and MS Office suite.
