Responsibilities:

Manage, administer, and maintain Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) environments, ensuring their availability, reliability, and performance.
Configure and deploy AEM instances, including author, publish, and dispatcher setups, following best practices.
Implement security configurations and access controls within AEM to ensure data integrity and compliance with organizational policies.
Monitor AEM environments, troubleshoot issues, and perform root cause analysis to resolve incidents and minimize downtime.
Collaborate with development teams to support AEM application deployments, including code deployments and configuration changes.
Implement and maintain AEM infrastructure components such as Apache, Dispatcher, and other related technologies.
Work closely with DevOps teams to automate AEM deployment processes and streamline release management workflows.
Perform regular backups, disaster recovery planning, and system upgrades for AEM environments.
Optimize AEM configurations and performance settings to enhance system scalability and efficiency.
Provide technical guidance and support to junior administrators and development teams on AEMrelated tasks and issues.
Stay updated with the latest AEM features, patches, and upgrades, and evaluate their applicability to the organization's Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
47 years of experience as an AEM Administrator or similar role.
Strong expertise in AEM operations, including installation, configuration, and administration of AEM environments.
Experience with DevOps practices and tools, such as Jenkins, Ansible, Docker, Kubernetes, etc.
Proficiency in scripting languages such as Bash, Python, or PowerShell for automation tasks.
Solid understanding of web server technologies (Apache, Nginx) and caching strategies.
Knowledge of web application security principles and best practices.
Experience with monitoring tools (e. g. , Splunk, ELK stack) for performance and log analysis.
Excellent troubleshooting and problemsolving skills, with a proactive approach to issue resolution.
Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
Certification in Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) administration is a plus.
