    We are seeking a Store Manager to oversee the daily operations of our retail store located in Bhubaneswar, Odisha, India. The ideal candidate will have 1 to 3 years of experience in a similar role and be responsible for ensuring customer satisfaction, driving sales performance, and managing store operations.     Qualifications and Skills

    • Address customer inquiries, complaints, and concerns in a professional and timely manner.
    • Coordinate with suppliers and vendors to ensure timely delivery of products and manage inventory levels.
    • Collaborate with the marketing team to plan and execute promotional activities to increase store traffic and sales.
    • Maintain a safe and secure working environment for staff and customers.
    • Stay updated on industry trends, products, and competitors to provide recommendations for improvement and growth.
