    Job Summary

    We are seeking an experienced Cybersecurity Sales Team Lead to manage the sales process, drive business development efforts, and provide mentorship to sales team members.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Lead and manage the Cybersecurity sales team, overseeing the entire sales process from planning through to closing.
    • Establish and maintain strong relationships with Original Equipment Manufacturers (OEMs) to drive sales and collaboration.
    • Travel approximately 20% of the time to meet clients, attend events, and engage with the team.
    • Conduct daily check-ins with the sales team to set objectives, monitor progress, and ensure quotas are met.
    • Manage the month-end and year-end sales close processes, ensuring timely and accurate reporting.
    • Identify knowledge gaps within the sales team and develop targeted training and development plans to address them.
    • Provide mentorship and coaching to sales team members to enhance performance and help them meet/exceed their targets.
    • Drive business development efforts within the designated regions (Karnataka, Kerala, Tamil Nadu) and ensure effective go-to-market strategies.

    Requirements:

    • Bachelor's or Master's degree with a technical background (preferably B Tech or similar).
    • 6-8+ years of business development experience, particularly in the cybersecurity industry.
    • Strong background in developing and executing successful sales strategies.
    • Focused, goal-oriented, and results-driven.
    • Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
