    Job Description:

    We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Digital Marketing Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in digital marketing strategies, with expertise in Google Ads, Meta Ads, and an understanding of SEO and social media platforms. This role requires a creative and analytical mindset, excellent communication skills, and the ability to manage multiple projects and work with different departments simultaneously.

    Responsibilities:

    • Keyword Research & Analysis: Identify high-value keywords for both SEO and SEM campaigns. Analyze trends and search volume to inform content and ad creation.
    • On-Page Optimization: Optimize website content and landing pages for SEO and SEM purposes.
    • Content Optimization: Enhance website content and ad copy for search engines and user engagement. Analyze content performance and make optimization recommendations for both SEO and SEM efforts.
    • Link Building (SEO): Identify opportunities for quality backlinks to improve organic search rankings.
    • Google Ads Management: Create and manage Google Ads campaigns to drive targeted traffic and conversions.
    • Meta Ads Management: Develop and optimize meta ads for search engine results pages (SERPs) to improve click-through rates.
    • Monitoring & Reporting: Monitor website and ad performance using SEO and SEM tools and analytics.
    • Collaborate with team members to create compelling ad creatives, landing pages, and messaging.
    • Stay updated with industry trends, best practices, and new technologies in digital advertising.

    Requirements:

    • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
    • 3 years of experience in digital marketing or SEO role (preferred).
    • Proficiency in SEO tools such as Google Analytics, Google Search Console, SEMrush, or Moz.
    • Basic understanding of HTML, CSS, and website architecture.
    • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
    • Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
    • Proficient with social media platforms and growing the account through engaging campaigns.
    • Proficiency in Google Ads and Meta Ads platforms, including campaign setup, optimization, and reporting.
    • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
