    Job Brief

    We are seeking a skilled Business Analyst for one of our prestigious clients with work experience

    in any of the reputed firms in Consulting

    in industries such as Oil & Gas, Chemicals, Renewable Energy, or Construction. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in financial modeling, market analysis, and business forecasting.

    Responsibilities


    Interact with various departments (Strategy, Engineering, Projects, Legal, Project Finance, Operations) to gather requirements and produce detailed financial analyses and complex models.

    Gather market intelligence, monitor industry trends, and contribute to strategic decision-making.
    Maintain and develop cost roadmaps and financial models in collaboration with Projects, Engineering, Operations, and Finance teams.
    Support proposal, EOI, and RFP processes, including bid management.
    Develop and update financial models for existing and new business ventures, ensuring accuracy and industry best practices.
    Monitor and analyze financial trends within the company and the broader market.

    Qualifications


    Exceptional skills in complex Excel modeling, including a strong grasp of the time value of money, IRR, and NPV concepts.

    Experience in Python and VBA preferred for modifying existing code and conducting simulations.
    Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
    Strong attention to detail and ability to identify and correct modeling errors.

    Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to explain complex models and analyses through detailed reports and charts.

    Bachelor's degree in Engineering (BE/B.Tech) and MBA from a Tier-1 institution.2-5 years of experience in Oil & Gas, Chemicals, Renewable Energy, or Construction sectors.
