  • Should have end-to-end experience in US payroll operations & Customer Service
  • Communication skills should be excellent
  • Should have people handling & client handling skills
  • Should have good knowledge in Excel, PowerPoint, Reporting, SOP writing & MsVisio
  • Experience in SLA metrics preparation
  • Roles & Responsibilities :

  • Time & Labor exceptions
  • Payroll processing
  • Gross to net validation
  • Tax setup, validation and reconciliation
  • Garnishment processing and validation
  • Respond to payroll inquiries (Calls and Emails)
  • Interact with clients
  • Adhering to Client SLA and KPI's
  • Must Have Skills
