    Roles & Responsibilities:


    Prepare, maintain and publish monthly HR reports related to employee joining, exits, attrition, performance and other aspects as required at defined frequency.

    Is responsible for all types of data requirements from Business and other stakeholders.
    Understand the company policies and resolve employee queries related to the same.
    Coordinate and assist in conducting the employee engagement activities across the BUs.

    Collaborate with the various COEs to manage the employee lifecycle at various stagesProvide day-to-day performance management guidance to line management (e.g., coaching, counseling, career development, workforce planning, disciplinary actions).Work closely with management and employees to improve work relationships, build morale, and increase productivity and retention.

    Provide guidance and input on business unit restructures, workforce planning and succession planning.

    Collaborating with employees of different business units for day-to-day tasks and strategically partner with business to move towards the organizational goals.

    Consult with line management, providing HR guidance when appropriate.
    Analyse trends and metrics in partnership with the HR group to develop solutions, programs and policies.
    Manage and resolve complex employee relations issues. Conduct effective, thorough and objective investigations.
    Performs other related duties as assigned.

    Understand company wide and business / internal processes and work towards process improvementUndertake central HR projects for change management introducing new processes.


    Minimum Qualifications Required:
    Graduate with relevant experience of 4-6 years as an HR generalist in a mid-size company.

    Should be adept at using Excel and google sheets and skilled and proven work experience in data management, analytics and dashboarding.

    Advanced skills in Excel is mandatory,Should be proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software and should have proven experience in the same.

    Working knowledge of multiple human resource disciplines, including compensation practices, organizational diagnosis, employee and performance management etc.
    Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines.

    Ability to acquire a thorough understanding of the organization's hierarchy, jobs, qualifications, compensation practices, and the administrative practices related to those factors.

    Good verbal, written communication skills and decision-making skills.
    Proven ability to develop relationships and partnerships (internal and external) at all levels of the organization.
    Detail orientation and eye to cut through the clutter and make sense and define/refine the process.
