    Description
    Support in driving the end-to-end implementation of the workforce strategy to support Group Technology's growth and transformation.

    • Design and develop learning programs, pathways, curriculums for job families within Group Technology.
    • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and validate the necessary design requirements for learning solutions.
    • Identify and work with selected external services providers, vendors, partners to ensure learning solutions and programs are seamlessly implemented.
    • Ensure that developed programs offer a smooth and engaging learning experience for Technology employees.
    • Monitor, track and ensure utilization of prescribed learning for job families.
    • Gather feedback from participants and stakeholders, leveraging datadriven insights for continuous improvement.
    • Support the annual learning needs analysis through identification of skills gaps and renewal of strategic priorities for Group Technology.

    Job Requirements:

    • Degree in a relevant field; any advanced degree or certifications in Learning & Development or Technology is a plus.
    • Minimum 5 years' experience in a similar role, with proven track record in designing and implementing learning and development programs for Technology function.
    • Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple initiatives with great attention to detail.
    • Selfstarter with a strong bias to driving results and outcomes.
    • Ability to operate in a hybrid workplace.
    • Excellent communication skills (verbal and written).
    • Ability to be selfdriven and work in Ambiguity.
