    You will lead a team of digital marketers, manage and optimize digital marketing campaigns, analyze performance metrics, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to align digital marketing efforts with business objectives.

    Key Result Areas (KRAs):

    Increase Website Traffic and Conversions:
    Develop and execute strategies to drive traffic and optimize conversion rates on the company website.

    Improve Brand Visibility and Engagement on Digital Platforms:
    Enhance brand presence on social media platforms and implement engaging content and advertising campaigns.

    Enhance Customer Retention and Loyalty through Targeted Marketing Campaigns:

    Develop targeted campaigns and loyalty programs to retain customers and encourage repeat purchases.

    Optimize Digital Marketing Spend to Achieve Maximum ROI:
    Allocate budgets effectively, monitor campaign performance, and implement optimization strategies to maximize ROI.

    Foster a Culture of Creativity, Collaboration, and Continuous Improvement within the Digital Marketing Team:

    Encourage innovation, collaboration, and professional development among team members.


    Eligibility Criteria:
    Master's degree in marketing, Business Administration, or a related field, preferably an MBA with a specialization in Marketing.
    Proven track record of 10-15 years in digital marketing, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.
    In-depth knowledge of digital marketing channels, tools, and techniques.
    Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret data.
    Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
