Human Resource Manager

At our company, we are seeking a skilled Human Resource Manager to oversee the development and implementation of HR policies across various departments.

We require an experienced professional with strong leadership skills to manage the complete employee life cycle, including recruitment, retention, performance appraisals, and conflict resolution.

The ideal candidate will have over 13 years of experience in Human Resource Management and a Postgraduate Diploma in Human Resource Management or a related field.

Main Responsibilities:

• Implementing and managing HR policies for recruitment, retention, staff development, conflict resolution, and compliance.
• Overseeing payroll, benefits administration, and HRIS.
• Handling the complete employee life cycle and performance appraisals.
• Maintaining healthy employee relations, managing grievances, and promoting a positive work environment.
• Utilizing skills in personnel and office administration, and organizational management.

Qualifications:

• Over 13 years of experience in Human Resource Management.
• Postgraduate Diploma in Human Resource Management or a related field.
• Proficiency in resource optimization and managing diverse HR functions.

Estimated Salary: $90,000 - $110,000 per annum
