    Job Overview

    We are seeking an experienced Hardware Design Engineer to join our team at RayIoT Solutions Pvt Ltd. As a Hardware Design Engineer, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and testing hardware components and systems for our infant monitors. This is a senior-level position, requiring 7 to 10 years of relevant experience. The job is located in Bangalore, Karnataka, India and is a full-time position.

    Qualifications and Skills

    • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field.
    • 7 to 10 years of experience in hardware design and development.
    • Strong knowledge of electronic components, circuit design, and PCB layout.
    • Proficiency in CAD software, such as Altium Designer or Eagle.
    • Experience with microcontrollers, sensors, and wireless communication protocols.
    • Solid understanding of analog and digital circuit design principles.
    • Ability to perform electrical simulations and analysis using tools like SPICE or MATLAB.
    • Knowledge of regulatory standards and compliance procedures.
    • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
    • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Ability to work effectively in a cross-functional team environment.

    Roles and Responsibilities

    • Design and develop hardware components and systems for our infant monitors.
    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of hardware and software.
    • Conduct feasibility studies and performance evaluations of new hardware designs.
    • Optimize hardware performance and ensure compliance with industry standards.
    • Create and maintain design documentation, including schematics, BOMs, and test procedures.
    • Participate in the entire product development lifecycle, from concept to production.
    • Troubleshoot hardware issues and provide timely solutions.
    • Stay updated with the latest hardware technologies and industry trends.
