We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Coordinator to support our Retail Team in pitching music releases to Spotify and maintaining release grids. The ideal candidate will possess strong organizational skills, excellent communication abilities, and a passion for music.

What You'll Do

● Assist the Retail Team with weekly pitches to Spotify via their editorial pitch tool, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail in all submissions.

● Demonstrate excellence in entering data accurately and promptly.

● Support the Retail Team by meticulously maintaining a grid of releases, which is subject to constant changes,

additions, and cancellations, with thoroughness and precision.

● Communicate with the team lead to ensure deliverables and timelines are being adhered to in order to meet the

weekly pitch deadlines, displaying precision in every aspect of written communication and documentation.

● Utilize critical thinking to understand the release cycle, creative context of a release, and general music

knowledge, paying close attention to specifics to enhance pitch effectiveness and accuracy.

● You have a passion for music, trends, and culture.

● You are eager to learn, self-motivated, and able to anticipate team needs with good judgment.

● You display strong organizational skills, excellent time management, attention to detail, and the ability to meet deadlines in a time-sensitive environment.

● You are well-versed in both the Microsoft Office Suite and Google Workspace Applications, and business intelligence tools.

● You have strong verbal and written communication skills, plus the ability to handle confidential information with discretion.

● Previous work or internship experience at a record label or music distribution company is a plus but not a requirement.
