    Job Overview:

    We are looking for an experienced and results-driven individual to lead our Talent Acquisition and HR Operations functions. The ideal candidate will play a key role in attracting, recruiting, and retaining top talent, as well as optimizing and streamlining HR processes to enhance overall operational efficiency.

    Responsibilities:

    Talent Acquisition:

    1. Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract top-tier candidates.
    2. Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, from sourcing and screening to conducting interviews and making job offers.
    3. Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and requirements.
    4. Build and maintain a strong employer brand to attract high-quality candidates.
    5. Utilize various recruitment channels, including social media, job boards, and networking events.
    6. Stay informed about industry trends and best practices in talent acquisition.

    HR Operations:

    1. Oversee and enhance HR processes, including onboarding, offboarding, and employee lifecycle management.
    2. Develop and maintain HR policies and procedures in compliance with relevant laws and regulations.
    3. Manage employee relations, addressing concerns and ensuring a positive work environment.
    4. Administer payroll & employee benefits programs and handle related inquiries.
    5. Streamline HR systems and processes to improve overall efficiency.
    6. Conduct regular audits to ensure data accuracy and compliance.
    7. Provide HR support to employees and managers on a variety of HR-related matters.

    Qualifications:

    1. Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
    2. years of experience in talent acquisition and HR operations, with a proven track record of success.
    3. Strong knowledge of employment laws, regulations, and best practices.
    4. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
    5. Demonstrated ability to build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
    6. Proven experience in designing and implementing effective recruitment strategies.
    7. Solid understanding of HR technology and systems.
