• Acquire and demonstrate technical knowledge of software system reviews
• Perform requirements analysis, architectural analysis, design, development, and unit testing
• Conduct feasibility analysis of new features for complex software
• Acquire knowledge of key use cases in defect review system
• Responsible for analyzing current programs, including performance diagnosis, troubleshooting problem programs, and designing solutions
• Responsible for product prototyping, development quality, and reliability
• Collaborate with hardware and systems/application groups to understand system requirements and map them to software design
• Engage with a global environment to interact with multi-site team members (India & USA) during software product lifecycle for requirement analysis, design, coding, integration, and testing
• Provide technical expertise for the estimation process to contribute to the project plan

• Strong academic background: BE/BS/BTech/MS/MTech degree in Computer Science/SW Engineering/Electronics/Electrical Engg.
• 5 years of software development experience
• Proficiency in programming fundamentals: C, C++, MFC, COM, C#/.Net, and OOAD
• Experience in Multithreaded software application programming
• Ability to collaborate with hardware and systems/application groups to understand system requirements and map them to software design
• Thorough knowledge of SDLC and software engineering
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Capability to work independently and in a team environment
• Experience in WPF, .Net Remoting, Interprocess communication, and Multi-core programming
