    As a Videographer & Video Editor, you will play a critical role in capturing and sharing the stories of our athletes. This position requires excellent video production skills, creativity, and attention to detail.

    About the Position:

    You will be responsible for filming, editing, and producing high-quality videos that showcase athletic performances and inspire a nation. You will also collaborate with coaches, athletes, and performance teams to document training methodologies and support performance analysis.

    Responsibilities & Requirements:

    • Capture high-quality video footage of team practices, matches, events, and behind-the-scenes activities.
    • Operate and maintain advanced video equipment, including cameras, drones, stabilizers, lighting, and audio gear.
    • Set up and adjust lighting and sound to ensure professional-grade output.
    • Collaborate with coaches, athletes, and performance teams to document training methodologies and support performance analysis.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Edit raw footage into engaging and high-quality content using tools like Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, and Final Cut Pro.
    • Enhance video quality with motion graphics, slow-motion analysis, sound design, and color correction.
    • Maintain an organized video archive for easy retrieval and future reference.
    • Optimize videos for distribution across platforms including social media, websites, and internal reports.

    Education & Experience:

    1. Minimum 2+ years of experience in videography and 1+ years in video editing.
    2. Proficiency in video editing software (Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, Final Cut Pro, or similar).
    3. Strong understanding of video composition, lighting, sound recording, and equipment handling.
