JobDescription:

• Updatingand ensuring the accuracy of patient health records by adding newinformation about diagnoses procedures medications and otherrelevant data by listening the recorded patientcalls
• Ability to work in US shifts 5PM 2:30AMIST
• Stay updated on medical terminologyprocedures and treatment protocols to ensure accuracy andconsistency in transcriptions
• Reviewing medicalrecords to ensure they are complete andaccurate.
• Diagnosing medical conditions basedon symptoms presented in the medicalrecord.
• Performing administrative tasks such astyping reports and maintainingdatabases.

Skillsand experience:

• GraduateBsc.(Nursing)
• 510 Years over all experience(Registered nurse experience: 5 years)
• 2 Yearsclinical experience ( Bed side)
• Experience ofUS Health care systems is a mandatoryrequirement.
• Experience in Hospital ManagementSystem or Hospital Information Systemexperience.
• Commitment to maintainingconfidentiality and adhering to ethical standards in handlingsensitive patient information.
• Ensure theintegrity and confidentiality of patient information by adhering toHIPAA regulations and privacypolicies.
• Excellent English professionalwriting skills; including advanced proficiency in grammar andspelling.
• Excellent communication &listening skills
• Ability to understand diverseaccents and dialects of physicians their staff andpatients.
• Familiarity with medicalterminologies & medicalsummarization.
• Ability to work independently ina secure and private location with a reliable highspeed internetconnection.
• Ability to participate in livevideo chat and screen sharing sessions fortraining.
• Experience with the Microsoft Office365 or other cloudbased productivitytools.
