    Role: Store Manager

    Notice Period: 15 days or Less

    Job Description:
    • Overseeing daily operations of the store, including sales, staff management, and customer service.
    • Driving the team to achieve the target on conversion from the walk in customers.
    • Meeting sales goals by training, motivating, mentoring and providing feedback to the store staff.
    • Setting sales targets and implementing strategies to achieve them.
    • Developing and implementing marketing and promotional activities.
    • Working on daily sales report, cash card report, petty cash reports.
    • Resolving customer complaints and issues on time.
    • Ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent service.
    • Managing inventory levels and ensuring proper stock rotation.
    • Monitoring and controlling expenses to maximize profitability.
    • Maintaining a clean and organized store environment.


    Requirements

    • Proven experience in retail management, preferably in a showroom setting.
    • Strong leadership and interpersonal skills.
    • Excellent communication and customer service abilities.
    • Ability to analyze sales reports and implement effective strategies.
    • Knowledge of inventory management and merchandising principles.
    • Familiarity with point-of-sale (POS) systems.

    Requirements
    Proven experience in retail management, preferably in a showroom setting. Strong leadership and interpersonal skills. Excellent communication and customer service abilities.
