Responsible for handling direct tax litigation which involves extensive interaction with consultants, drafting/reviewing submissions and appearing before the authorities.

In depth analysis of the monthly P&L, advising corrections and rectification wherever necessaryEnsuring that appropriate transfer pricing compliances are in place.
