Description

Responsibilities:

Reviewing work in areas of sales, purchase, bank, fixed assets, or payroll transactions.
Reconciliation of bank, customer, vendor, fixed assets, and tax balances.
Have a strong foresight about the company's accounting structure and continuously seek process improvements.
Communicate with clients via emails or calls to acquire necessary information.
Set up strong protocols for new projects and ensure their implementation.
Suggest ways for improvement in existing protocols.
Understand client's business accounting to implement good protocols.
Ensure accurate and timely updates of received information.
Regular reporting and communication to clients and reporting manager for completed activities.
Periodically review protocols and suggest efficiency improvements.
Enhance work quality and accuracy of client's financials.
Adapt to evolving processes while maintaining quality standards.
Provide shadow training and guidance to junior team members.
Adhere strictly to process documents and client profiles.
Maintain time efficiency and accuracy in tasks.
Clarify queries to CRM with specific details and suggestions.
Check client's mailbox daily for prioritized action on scheduled tasks and ad hoc requests.
Handle tricky and complex Payroll finalization.
Process supplier payments efficiently.
Perform month/quarter end reviews meticulously.
Prepare Management Reports accurately.
Ensure compliance with tax regulations like IAS and Super.

Requirements

Experienced professional in accounting field with a degree like Inter CA, CMA, MBA, or M in Finance.
Minimum 3 years of relevant experience preferred.
Must have excellent academic records.
Strong accounting skills, clear communication, and keen attention to detail.
Thorough knowledge of inventory handling, costing, profitability, and timely reporting.
Efficient coordination with colleagues for project execution.
Growth-oriented mindset with an innovative approach and ability to adapt to changes.
Single point of contact for client queries with open and honest communication.
Excellent communication skills in English.
