  • Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with Account Executives and clients to gather necessary forms and information required for payer enrollment.
  • Initiate and manage the enrollment process with payers and clearinghouse.
  • Track and monitor the progress of enrollment activities, ensuring timely completion.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve any issues or discrepancies that may arise during the process.
  • Provide regular updates to AEs and clients regarding the status of enrollment activities.
  • Maintain accurate documentation of all enrollment-related communications and activities.
  • Stay informed about industry trends and changes in payer requirements related to enrollment.
  • Profile Qualification:

  • Prior experience working in EDI or payer enrollment preferred.
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Willing to work in night shift.
  • Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel etc.).
  • Familiarity with EDI standards and processes is a plus.
  • Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
