- Collaborate with Account Executives and clients to gather necessary forms and information required for payer enrollment.
- Initiate and manage the enrollment process with payers and clearinghouse.
- Track and monitor the progress of enrollment activities, ensuring timely completion.
- Troubleshoot and resolve any issues or discrepancies that may arise during the process.
- Provide regular updates to AEs and clients regarding the status of enrollment activities.
- Maintain accurate documentation of all enrollment-related communications and activities.
- Stay informed about industry trends and changes in payer requirements related to enrollment.
- Prior experience working in EDI or payer enrollment preferred.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Willing to work in night shift.
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel etc.).
- Familiarity with EDI standards and processes is a plus.
- Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
