    Our Design Chapter sits within Digital and we're responsible for supporting both business objectives and customer needs across the Enterprise division of BT.These are exciting times for the Enterprise teams in Digital – and for the Chapter, in particular, as we look to scale in the coming months.

    Why this job mattersAs a content editor you'll be responsible for updating and publishing content around the user journey and will be adept at using evidence, data, and research to inform decisions and change things for the better.

    Working in agile teams, you'll ensure stakeholders are clearly aware of timelines and deliverables.

    You'll ensure the delivery of all work is to the highest quality - conforming to best web standards, BT's brand and style guidelines, SEO and online usability and accessibility standards.

    As an already active member of the content community, you'll stand up for best practice.

    You'll understand the content management systems inside and out and facilitate the addition of new features without compromising platforms, always pushing for automation across manual tasks.

    You'll be enthusiastic about promoting a user-centred way of working within the department and beyond.
    What I'll be doing – your accountabilitiesand publish content in our CMS platforms (AEM and/or Hybris, Oracle Right Now ) across all BT Enterprise websitesand proofread contentthe delivery of all work is to the highest quality - conforming to best web standards, BT's brand and style guidelines, SEO and online usability and accessibility standardsall website content for search engines, on and off siteable to prioritise and reporioritise workload based on business priority / needcontent and asset inventory, driving best practicefriendly URL requests across BT Enterpriseclosely with Product, Proposition and Marketing to align messaging and optimise experiences across a variety of products and serviceswith UX & UI Designers in developing new components and optimising existing Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) subject matter expert - Support and advise product squads day to daynew component functionality and provide feedback/sign-off ahead of releases (UAT)out of hours support for releases and upgradessimplicity, efficiency and consistencySkills required for the jobwith Content Management Systems and web publishingand accessibility best practicescopywriting for structural and editorial contentin stakeholder managementConnected leaders behaviourschampioncommunicatorExperience you would be expected to have
