    Position 1


    • To analyze the reasons for VOP with budget, publish periodic dashboards/performance metrics
    • To monitor the product mix/channel mix/demographic mix
    • To analyze & suggest ways for increasing penetration & retention
    • To analyze & identify cohorts for upsell & cross sell
    Parametric/New-edge product: Position 1


    • To offer the relevant product to relevant channel & also provide easy to understand product related content, covering all key features of products, on the website
    • To ideate/benchmark/cocreate/coordinate with multiple stakeholders for new product development
    • Drive website and call center conversion rates
    • Identify areas of digital user experience improvement for the entire customer life cycle
    • Indepth analysis of website traffic, quotes, conversion and sales data to gauge campaign effectiveness in targeted markets and tweak campaign strategy.
    • Monitor portfolio construct & profitability and provide actionable to achieve targeted product profitability & business growth
    • Achieve targeted customer retention rates. Design and implement processes and programs for increased retention
