- To analyze the reasons for VOP with budget, publish periodic dashboards/performance metrics
- To monitor the product mix/channel mix/demographic mix
- To analyze & suggest ways for increasing penetration & retention
- To analyze & identify cohorts for upsell & cross sell
- To offer the relevant product to relevant channel & also provide easy to understand product related content, covering all key features of products, on the website
- To ideate/benchmark/cocreate/coordinate with multiple stakeholders for new product development
- Drive website and call center conversion rates
- Identify areas of digital user experience improvement for the entire customer life cycle
- Indepth analysis of website traffic, quotes, conversion and sales data to gauge campaign effectiveness in targeted markets and tweak campaign strategy.
- Monitor portfolio construct & profitability and provide actionable to achieve targeted product profitability & business growth
