    1. Develop a unit level Marketing plan.

    GP Referral :
    a. Meeting face to face with GPs, organise GP meetb. Engage them on the concept of day carec. Explore innovative association means with GPs.d. Organize initiatives like Camps, seminars , talks, conferences and other events to increase product promotion.


    Corporate Tie Ups :
    a. Identify potential Corporate housesb. Make proposal, demonstrations and presentations to Corporate.c. Arrange for Senior level interaction with Corporated. Signing of Agreement/ Contracte. Ensure high quality services to corporate clients.f. Arrange for Doctors eyecare talk for corporates.


    Coordination with Branding Agency :
    a. Provide them necessary support in terms of information to help them create

    Patient education programmes.b. Creation of Promotional Packagesc. Mass media Advertisementd. Plan and supervise the content of the brochures.e. Drawing innovative Health Check-up plans/ packages to attract patients and

    corporate.


    Others :
    a. Tracking and analyzing information on competitor's activities, recommend suggestion to team.b. Plan and regulate Marketing department budgetc. Ensure that a process is in place for monitoring the productivity analysis ofvisiting Consultant and referring Physician.d. Visiting Opticians for surgical Patients.e. Maintaining good relationship with the social groups, religious organizations and political groups.f. Identify potential hospitals for tie ups for satellite OPD.g. Keep updated information of doctors , pharmacy and other groups.h. Look for cross promotion activities with big brands.i. Responsible for ATL activities on front of budget and planning.j. Responsible for process leading to a high degree of clinician Engagement.k. Facilitate regular feedback to physicians and other healthcare practitioners on performance and patient care practices.l. Effective implementation of marketing strategies.m. Daily Feedback.
